Refund Policy

The Refund Policy of

New Parts

When you purchase a new part from and your order arrives not right, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! 

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 90 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You are responsible for shipping charges for returned items.

Used Parts

We do not offer refunds for any of our products unless the item’s descriptions specifically states the item is eligible for a refund.  Please shop with that in mind.

Our products are sold as-is and with no warranty beyond anything issued by the original manufacturer of the item unless specifically specified in the items listing.  

If an items has been specified that it qualifies for a refund to be eligible for that refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
