- Required to seal the oil passage way from right case to the balancer tensioner plate; leaking can cause over oiling of the lower end that decreases horsepower from oil drag
- Can also be used to check pressure lost at the balancer tensioner plate
- Checks sealing of interconnect seal
- Made in the U.S.A.
